Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vault47 Tech LLC, operating the Vault47 platform ("Vault47", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our watch and jewelry dealer platform at vault47.cloud (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the Service. Categories include:

• Account information you provide when registering or configuring your workspace.
• Business content you choose to enter or upload while using the Service.
• Contact information for individuals you add to your own records. You remain the data controller for this content; Vault47 processes it on your behalf.
• Limited technical data (such as device, browser, and diagnostic information) needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Billing information handled by our payment processor. Vault47 does not store full payment card numbers.
• Third-party integration data, only when you explicitly connect an external account, and only to the extent required to provide the feature you enabled.

We do not collect information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the categories above. Specific technical implementation details are omitted intentionally.

2. How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Provide AI-powered features (photo scan, pricing estimates, chat assistant, marketing generation).
• Send transactional emails, push notifications, and SMS you configure.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI features

Vault47 offers AI-powered features including photo scan, pricing estimates, the chat assistant, and marketing generation. Content you submit to these features is processed solely to produce the output you requested and to operate and secure the Service. Your business content and the personal information of your clients are not used to train Vault47 models or the models of our AI providers. Where an AI provider processes your content on our behalf, it does so under contractual terms that prohibit using that content for model training.

AI credit pricing and included quotas are subject to change. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material pricing changes. Continued use of AI features after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Sharing

We share data with: (a) sub-processors that host or power the Service (cloud hosting, database, storage, email, SMS, push, AI providers, payment processor); (b) other members of your store as their role permits; (c) authorities when required by law; (d) an acquirer in a merger or sale, subject to this Policy.

Connected Shopify stores. When you connect a Shopify store, Vault47 receives order notifications so it can match a sale back to the item in your inventory and produce your invoice and shipping records. For each order we store the Shopify order identifier and order name, the amounts, references to your own inventory records, and — where the order includes them — the buyer's name and shipping address. That information is used only to create your sales records, invoices, and shipping documents; it is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. You are the controller of this buyer information and may delete it from your records at any time; it is also removed under the retention rules in Section 5.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We retain business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize data within 90 days, except records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, role-based access controls, and row-level security. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your password and connected-account credentials safe.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email support@vault47.cloud to make a request.

8. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 or older. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
