Accessibility Statement

Vault47 is committed to making our platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

1. Our goal

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a statement of ongoing effort, not a claim of full conformance. Parts of the Service may not yet meet every success criterion.

2. What we do today

• Semantic HTML structure with labelled forms and buttons.
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus states across core workflows.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and larger text sizes.
• Accessibility considered during design and code review of new features.

3. Known limitations

Some areas are still being improved, including complex data tables, drag-and-drop and photo-scanning interfaces, and certain third-party components embedded in the Service. Content that you or your team upload (images, PDFs, notes) is under your control, and its accessibility depends on how you create it.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, need information in an alternative format, or want help completing a task in Vault47, email accessibility@vault47.cloud. Please include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you use. We aim to respond within five business days.

5. Enforcement and escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to the same address and ask for the issue to be escalated. We will review it and confirm the outcome in writing.
