Acceptable Use Policy, Vault47

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Vault47. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited content and activity

Listing, memoing, or selling counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented watches, jewelry, or gemstones.
Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or transactions with sanctioned parties.
Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
Malware, phishing, or attempts to breach security or bypass access controls.
Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling Vault47 data or AI outputs as a competing service.

2. Messaging & marketing

When using SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other outreach through Vault47 you must: obtain prior consent from recipients where required by law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.), honor opt-outs promptly, identify yourself, and not send content prohibited by carriers or platform partners.

3. Client data

You must have a lawful basis to upload client information and must handle it consistently with applicable privacy laws. You are the controller of your client data; Vault47 is your processor.

4. AI feature use

Do not submit content you do not have rights to, and do not use AI features to generate counterfeit branding, deceptive appraisals, or misleading marketing. AI outputs may be used by Vault47 and its providers to train and improve models, do not submit anything you want kept out of that process.

5. Fair usage

Automated bulk requests, abusive request patterns, or usage that materially degrades the Service for others may be rate-limited, throttled, or blocked.

6. Reporting

Report abuse to abuse@vault47.cloud.
